Health Coach from GE
Connect with specially trained nurses supported by a team of doctors and other resources to have your health care questions answered, receive help understanding and resolving coverage and claims issues with your GE medical plan, access your EAP and more.
During Annual Enrollment, Health Coach can answer questions about your current medical benefits and help you select the best option for you and your family, guide you in making your elections online (but cannot enroll for you) and provide information on how health savings accounts work. Call 1-866-272-6007, 9:00 a.m. — 7:00 p.m. Eastern time, send a secure email or even chat with a live coach.
GE Health Care Hub
Your one-stop-shop to learn more about this year’s Annual Enrollment and access all our health care tools and resources. Go to your GE Health Care Hub or search "GE Health Care Hub" on your mobile device's app store.
GE Benefits Center
If you’re unable to enroll online, call 1-800-252-5259 to enroll in benefits, verify dependent eligibility and/or confirm employee contributions. Help is available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern time.

GE Retirement Savings Plan
Even though you can make changes to your GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) at any time, Annual Enrollment is a good time to take advantage of free retirement planning and education resources and think about increasing your savings rate, especially if you are not taking full advantage of the Company match.

Beneficiary Updates
Use this time to review your beneficiary designations and make any updates to ensure you are covering your eligible loved ones.
Visit OneHR.ge.com > Enrollment > Dependents & Beneficiaries to view and make changes to your beneficiaries.
