Reminder
In 2023, Option 2 became a qualified high-deductible health plan (HDHP) with the opportunity to open an HSA, which provides flexibility and control over how you spend and save your health care dollars. All covered services, except preventive services, are subject to the annual deductible. This includes most prescription drugs and GE Centers of Excellence, where available.
Medical Plan Decision Support: SmartSelect
SmartSelect will be available again this year to help you decide which medical option may be best suited to your personal situation and health care needs. This may be valuable given the changes described earlier; click here to use the SmartSelect tool.
