Welcome to
2022 Annual Enrollment
GE Health Choice for Salaried Employees
10/11 – 10/29
Our focus on employee affordability continues in 2022.
You’ll see no increases to active, full-time salaried employee medical plan contributions for the second year in a row. In addition, we are lowering annual deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums for Options 1 and 2. If you're enrolled in Option 3, the annual deductible will stay the same and the out-of-pocket maximum will only increase for those enrolled in family coverage, to align with legally-required mandates. There are also no changes to dental and vision plan designs and contributions.
During annual enrollment you’ll see a handful of other updates and enhancements too, including SmartSelect, a new, confidential decision support tool to help you decide which GE medical option may be best for you and your family.
Note: Your contributions and out-of-pocket maximum under GE Health Choice (GEHC) may increase if your annual pay increased in 2021 or if you are a part-time employee. Updated state surcharges for 2022 may apply. In addition, your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum may increase if your normal straight-time annual earnings increase.
GE provides a broad range of benefits and wellbeing resources to support you and your family. We’re always looking for ways to make thoughtful updates and improvements to maximize the value of our benefits. We’ve heard your feedback and we’re excited to share some updates with you in time for this year’s annual enrollment.
Now it’s your turn.
Take some time between now and October 29 to consider your benefit choices and make the elections that are best for you and your family in 2022. The SmartSelect decision support tool can help you assess your medical plan options.
